What level of experience do I need?
Rob,,our tutor, will speak with each client before they arrive. Small groups ensure a personal service, guidance and help at all times. Beginners to experienced are very welcome.
How do I get there?
The prices of our holidays do not include flights, allowing you to travel from your most convenient local airport.
Are flights included?
Our holidays do not include flights, allowing guests to travel from their most convenient local airport. The starting point for our holidays is Malaga Airport . Airport transfers are provided for our holidays at specified times. Transfers from Malaga normally leave the airport at 12:00 the morning of arrival and depart from Torrox at 09.00 on the morning of departure.. Transfers by private taxis can be arranged at other times – please ask for details.
Will there be a lot of walking?
This is an activity holiday so some walking is involved. We visit many different locations during the holiday. However, Torrox is a hillside village so there are many steps in the village which may be a problem for people with limited mobility.
What equipment do I need to bring with me?
Bring a DSLR camera and a tripod if you use one. Also the instruction manual for your camera, extra batteries and some lenses are needed but Rob will let you know.
Is the accommodation comfortable?
The houses are typical Spanish village houses, they have been modernised, are well equipped with good bathroom facilities, the beds are a good standard, and you will not be overcrowded. They are equipped with linen and hairdryers.
Will I have to share?
Houses are allocated on a shared basis. All guests have their own private bedroom and bathroom.
Are there many single people on your holiday?
We particularly welcome solo travelers on our friendly and inclusive tours.
What is the average age of people who go on your holidays?
We have people of all ages on our holidays and everyone is welcome.
Are vegetarians catered for?
Yes. Please advise on booking if a vegetarian diet is required.
What does a breakfast starter pack mean?
We place a breakfast starter pack in all the houses comprising ground coffee, orange juice, milk, bread, butter, jam and cereal. Should you require further provisions there are many grocery shops in the village and fresh bread can be purchased from the bakery in the Plaza.
Are towels provided?
All linen is provided (except swimming towels). Laundry and hairdryer facilities are provided in the houses.
Is there internet access in the village?
Wi-fi is available at any time in the various bars and restaurants in the village square. You can stay as long as you like for the price of a cup of coffee. Some of our houses do have wi-fi and if you particularly want access in the house please advise us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I bring along somebody who does not wish to photograph?
Certainly, and we will provide full information about places to visit, shopping etc.
Would I have to start very early in the morning?
Your programme starts at 10:00 in the morning.However for the sunset location and Málaga days you will be leaving earlier.
Are any evening activities organised?
Dinner is taken as a group each night along with the Paint Andalucia guests except on the rest day.

Can I stay for extra days?
Yes.Subject to availability.
Can I pay in Euros/dollars?
Payment is by bank transfer or debit/credit card. There is a 3.5% surcharge for debit/credit card payments. We can certainly arrange for you to pay in Euros, dollars, and most other currencies.
